We had a tax notice a few years ago. Will it have to be disclosed?

Your shares, your decisions, your timeline.

Outstanding tax claims involving the company, its promoters, directors and subsidiaries are disclosed in the offer document in total: the number of cases and the amount involved. Other civil cases are disclosed under a policy, approved by the board, that decides which matters are large enough to disclose.

Disclosure is normal. What matters is that it is complete, accurate and clearly explained.
