What can delay my IPO?
Your shares, your decisions, your timeline.
- Restatement adjustments found late in the process
- Gaps in share capital records or Registrar of Companies filings
- Title or lease documents not in order
- Unpaid taxes or government dues, or pending litigation
- Related-party dealings without paperwork
- Supporting documents not ready when a query arrives
- Financial statements becoming too old during the process
- Market conditions at the time of the issue
Most of these can be dealt with early, if they are found early.
