Why we were born

A good company. A good banker. And still, a gap.

We have sat with many promoters at this moment. The business is strong, the customers loyal. They go to a merchant banker, sure the money will follow.

Months pass. Questions come back: who the top customers are, why margins moved in one year, where the approval for an old loan is filed. The answers take longer to find than anyone expected.

Many promoters feel the banker should build this: the KPIs, the business story, clean compliance, a proper board. A merchant banker drafts the offer document and must check every claim in it. But the records, the numbers and the story behind them can only come from the company. That work is yours, and it can begin wherever you stand today.

No one is at fault. An IPO is a first-time event. A promoter knows how to run a business. No one teaches how the market reads it.

We watched this again and again. So we begin one step earlier, before a merchant banker is appointed. We prepare what the market will ask for, so that when your company is read, its worth is on the page.

How we narrow the gap

The right story, told with technical knowledge and data.

A story without data is a claim. Data without a story is a spreadsheet. An investor reads the two together.

  1. 01The story

We find what makes your company hard to replace, and write it so a stranger understands it in minutes. You tell it in your words; we put it in the market's.

  2. 02Technical knowledge

We work to what SEBI's rules and the exchange checklists ask: eligibility, restated accounts, related-party dealings, pending cases, KPIs.

  3. 03Data

KPIs traced to your own books and ready for your auditor to certify, so the story holds when it is checked.

What we believe.

  1. 01Valuation is earned before it is offered.
  2. 02A good company deserves to be read well.

Investors meet your company in its documents first. We help you put all that you built into them, in numbers they can check.

  3. 03You should never be the least informed person in your own transaction.

You built the company. You should understand every number quoted about it.

  4. 04If a company is not ready, we say so.

A hopeful number today has to survive due diligence tomorrow. So we say it early, with what would make it ready.

  5. 05Numbers before adjectives, ours included.

We hold our own claims to the proof the market will ask of you: see the companies we have prepared.

The people on your side of the table.

The people you meet first are the people who do the work.
