Can we move to the Main Board later?
The market that priced you will read you again.
Yes. A company listed on an SME platform can move to the Main Board once it meets the Main Board conditions and the exchange's migration criteria. Under the March 2025 amendments, an SME-listed company with paid-up capital above Rs 25 crore can raise further capital without being forced to move, if it follows Main Board disclosure rules.
SEBI has proposed deciding the platform by the company's total market value after the issue: up to Rs 1,000 crore on the SME platform, and a choice between SME and Main Board from Rs 1,000 crore to Rs 4,000 crore.
