Some of our loans are from relatives. What happens to them?
Is this the right time, and the right route?
They are shown in the accounts and, where the relatives are related parties, disclosed. In an SME IPO, the money raised cannot be used to repay loans from promoters, the promoter group or related parties.
So these loans are usually settled or converted from the company's own resources, with the right approvals, well before filing.
